Vacation Reading

So much for planning...Half the Sky (although VERY IMPORTANT READING) was way too downbeat for vacation reading. Stephen had bought me a copy of 52 Loaves right before vacation because he knows how much I love baking good bread. After reading one chapter, I was hooked. I read the WHOLE book and am currently building my own levain (you'll understand if you read the book or view the hyperlink). Listen to the interview that MADE ME WANT TO READ THE BOOK.
